Our Move-out Cleaning service and Move-in Cleaning service are great for anyone who doesn’t need the extra headache of cleaning their home during a move.
It gives you the extra time and space to focus on the other logistics involved in moving. Our Move-out and Move-in Cleaning services allow you to easily cross cleaning off your list.

What to expect from your Home Cleaning
The Move-Out Cleaning Service and Move-In Cleaning Service include deep cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, living room and other rooms; this includes vacuuming, mopping, cleaning counters and surfaces, cleaning toilets, showers/tubs, sinks, dusting, spot cleaning walls and baseboards, and cabinets, interior windows (if desired). It also includes wiping out the insides of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and wiping out the interior of the fridge.
When you contact us to set up services, you will be given a specific list of what will be included so that you can make any adjustments at the time of scheduling.
At the time of setting up services, we will also determine which areas of your home you would like to have cleaned or skipped. Everything will be recapped to you via email so that you are fully aware of what to expect.
We bring all of the cleaning supplies, and all of our cleaning supplies are 100% non-toxic — safe for adults, children, pets, and the environment.

What's included in a move-in / move-out home cleaning?
Our Move-out Cleaning and Move-in Cleaning services include deep cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and other rooms in the home.
This includes:

- Cleaning toilets
- Cleaning showers and tubs
- Cleaning sinks

- Spot cleaning walls and baseboards
- Cleaning cabinets
- Interior windows (if desired)
These services also include:
- Wiping out the insides of kitchen and bathroom cabinets
- Wiping out the interior of the refrigerator
How should I prepare for my home to be cleaned?
Before our cleaners arrive, we ask that:
- Pets are contained if they may pose any threat to our staff
- Clutter is removed (or consolidated)
- You notify our office at least 48 hours in advance about how our cleaner will be able to enter
For Move-out or Move-in cleaning, please also ensure that:
- All cabinets you would like wiped out are completely empty
- Your refrigerator is empty
- If you would like your freezer wiped out, please defrost it first
- If you would like the interior of your oven wiped out, please run the self-clean feature before our cleaners arrive
Your home should be empty when you book a Move-out or Move-in Clean, as the time quoted for this service does not include time needed for our cleaners to move around items.
How much will it cost to have my home cleaned?
Pricing depends on:
- The size of the home
- The condition of the home
- The frequency of the service
Please contact our office for a specific quote based on your particular service.
We will ask a list of questions that allows us to determine the amount of time needed to clean your home. The equation we use to give you a quote is not machine-generated. Our highly trained office staff will give you a personalized quote. We have 20 years of experience cleaning homes, and our process is quite accurate.
That said, it does occasionally occur that when we arrive for a service there are discrepancies with the actual home size or condition. In these rare cases, if we suspect that more time or cost will be needed to complete the service, we will contact you immediately so that you can decide whether to:
- Add the extra time, or
- Create a priority list
Please also note that you cannot reduce the quote or time needed to clean once our cleaners arrive at your home.
Any changes or adjustments you would like to make to your service must be submitted to our office with at least 48 hours notice.
