Our set-schedule standard maintenance housecleaning service is for anyone who wants to have a consistently clean home without having to think about it.
When you sign up for set-schedule housecleaning services, you have a regular date and time (until you notify us that you would like to cancel; minimum 48 hours notice is required to cancel services without being charged a fee).
Our set-schedule housecleaning services can be set up on:
- A weekly basis
- An every other week basis
- An every four week basis

What to expect from your Home Cleaning
Set-schedule maintenance housecleaning services are set up after an initial Deep Clean (or Move-in Clean). Once the home is brought up to a well-maintained condition, maintenance services are scheduled for less time than the initial deep clean and are used to maintain the cleanliness of the home.
When cleanings are set up on a more frequent schedule, less time will be needed per visit than for cleanings that are more spaced out. For example, if you are set up with a weekly maintenance housecleaning service, each visit will take less time than if you are set up with a less frequent service — such as every four weeks.
How often you set up your maintenance services depends on how much you do — or don’t — want to do the cleaning yourself.

What's included in a standard home cleaning?
Set-schedule maintenance housecleaning services include cleaning the:
- Bathroom
- Kitchen
- Living room
- Other rooms in the home
This includes:
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Cleaning counters and surfaces
- Cleaning toilets
- Cleaning showers and tubs
- Cleaning sinks
- Dusting
When you contact us to set up services, you will be given a specific list of what will be included so that you can make any adjustments at the time of scheduling.
At the time of setting up services, we will also determine which areas of your home you would like to have cleaned or skipped. Everything will be recapped to you via email so that you are fully aware of what to expect.
How should I prepare for my home to be cleaned?
Before our cleaners arrive, we ask that:
- Pets are contained if they may pose any threat to our staff
- Clutter is removed (or consolidated) before our arrival
- You notify our office at least 48 hours in advance about how our cleaner will be able to enter your home
How much will it cost to have my home cleaned?
Pricing depends on:
- The size of the home
- The condition of the home
- The frequency of the service
Please contact our office for a specific quote based on your particular service.
We will ask a list of questions that allows us to determine the amount of time needed to clean your home. The equation we use to give you a quote is not machine-generated. Our highly trained office staff will give you a personalized quote. We have 20 years of experience cleaning homes, and our process is quite accurate.
That said, it does occasionally occur that when we arrive for a service there are discrepancies with the actual home size or condition. In these rare cases, if we suspect that more time or cost will be needed to complete the service, we will contact you immediately so that you can decide whether to:
- Add the extra time, or
- Create a priority list
Please also note that you cannot reduce the quote or time needed to clean once our cleaners arrive at your home.
Any changes or adjustments you would like to make to your service must be submitted to our office with at least 48 hours notice.
